Vince Staub

Director of Corps

Vince and his wife, Kathleen, live in Southwest Idaho. Together they have raised three amazing men of God who are married to equally amazing women of God. Currently, Vince and Kathleen have three beautiful grandchildren with whom they cannot spend enough time.  Vince holds a BA in Liberal Studies, an MS in Occupational Health & Safety, and is a doctoral candidate in the Strategic Leadership program at Liberty University. Vince teaches emergency responder courses and is a neighborhood leader on his Community Emergency Response Team. Vince is also a Community Chaplain with his local police department.

Vince retired from a nearly 30-year career in high-tech, where he was the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for a multi-national Fortune 500 company and now provides consulting and executive coaching. Vince serves on the boards of the YMCA Camp Campbell and the Silicon Valley Tech Academy. His church service has included being a youth leader, life group leader, and serving on the board for several years. In their spare time, Vince and Kathleen devote themselves to serving in their local church, being with friends and family, and focusing on the youth camp they started in 2007 that helps young people develop their leadership gifts.

Vince is passionate about leadership development and helping leaders optimize their skills and God-given gifts.
