Chaplains making an impact
Our donors enable I.F.O.C. Chaplains to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
How has I.F.O.C. impacted the world for good?
Because of our generous donors’ contributions, we have continued to support our communities in the areas of Chaplaincy and Crisis Response. Your donation helps train new Chaplains to impact their local communities.
A key initiative of I.F.O.C. is to take chaplaincy training to the nations. We believe that Chaplaincy and crisis response are some of the best ways for the body of Christ to show the love of Jesus to a hurting world. Because of our donors, we expanded our efforts to take Chaplaincy to the nations. In 2023, Frontline Chaplains International instructors traveled to the Bahamas, 3 regions in Vietnam, and Turks & Caicos.
Working with experienced ministry leaders and Christians on these trips was an honor! We even partnered with the Bahamian Defence Forces to train new Chaplains for their nation’s military.
In 2024, we plan to take chaplaincy training to several African Nations and the Grand Caymans, with return trips to Vietnam and the Bahamas. Our FCI instructors donate their time, and our ability to reach the nations is only possible because of our generous donors.
Our faithful donors who provided gifts to Cover the Cost of a Current Chaplain’s Renewal throughout the last year are gratefully acknowledged.
Because of their contributions, we could give chaplain scholarships to every chaplain who needed one!
The awardees were Chaplains who experienced various hardships. The scholarships were a great help in their time of need.
2024 Growth
In 2024, the International Fellowship of Chaplains anticipates a year of record growth and impact. Worldwide challenges have increased, and with them, so has the need for trained and professional Chaplains. Christians realize that their pastors alone cannot reach and help everyone outside of the church who needs it. Chaplaincy provides practical skills, credentials, and connections to equip the body of Christ to be the hands and feet of Jesus today. Chaplaincy empowers the Christian church to meet the many challenges facing our world.
In 2024, I.F.O.C. will train Chaplains online, in a growing list of in-person classes, and a record number of new countries. We will also continue to help train and equip churches to use Chaplains to help serve on church care teams to help meet the needs of local congregations. Together, we will help meet the needs of those who need us. Consider partnering with the I.F.O.C. by becoming a Chaplain or partnering with the ministry with a donation to help us achieve our mission…because nobody should go through crisis alone.
