For I.F.O.C. Chaplains Experiencing Financial Hardship
The I.F.O.C. Chaplain Renewal Scholarship Funds is again funded by generous donors who want to help Chaplains experiencing financial hardship renew their Chaplain License! If you need assistance with your renewal this year, please complete the scholarship and email it to chaplains@ifoc.org.
The International Fellowship of Chaplains Renewal Scholarship exists to assist chaplains with their renewal fees. The amount for each award is $50. The awardee is responsible for the remaining balance of the renewal cost.
To apply, Chaplains need to be between one month before their renewal date to 3 months past renewal date.

Where did the application go?
The scholarship will be open for applicants when scholarship funds are available. When the program is out of funding, the application button will be replaced with “Donations Needed.”
If you are able and led, please consider donating to the scholarship fund. Licensed Chaplains are needed more and more every day to help a hurting world!
How many times may I apply?
An applicant can only submit one scholarship request per year. The committee will meet to review the applications, will interview applicant(s), if necessary, and then make a decision. The recipient(s) of the scholarship will be notified either by a phone call and or email.
Do I have to submit an application each year I apply?
Yes. A new application form and required materials must be submitted each time the applicant applies for the scholarship.
Additional information
- IF a successful candidate wishes, consideration for a subsequent year, he/she must meet the application criteria.
- IF a candidate’s application is not selected for any reason including the unavailability of program funds, he/she can reapply once a month.
