Brian and his wife Jeannie live in Central Texas. They are the proud parents of 6 children and 2 grandchildren. Brian has a B.S. in Information Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. He is a Licensed Paramedic in the State of Texas, serving over 20 years. He now serves as his department’s chaplain and occupies an administrative role in the department.

Brian serves as the Treasurer & CFO and Executive Director of Corps for the IFOC. His focus is on good stewardship and fiscal management of the IFOC, and also building successful, high performing teams. Along with his wife Jeannie and Regional Command Team, he forms Corps and leads the operational division of IFOC by mentoring and training IFOC’s regional and corps leadership in the servant leadership model. Brian was the founding Corps Commander of the Heart of Texas Chaplain Corps in Central Texas; a position that his wife Jeannie now holds. He is also the Team Coordinator for the IFOC CISM Team.

Brian has a heart for first responders and teaching them how to process the situations they come across in their daily work using the CISM model and through Chaplaincy. Brian and Jeannie have a relational focus in building teams and Corps.
