Brian and his wife Jeannie, live in Central Texas. They are the proud parents of 6 children and 4 grandchildren. Brian has a B.S. in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University. He is a Licensed Paramedic in the State of Texas, serving over 23 years. He now serves as his department’s chaplain and occupies an administrative role in the department.  Brian is an Advanced Chaplain with I.F.O.C. with specializations in disaster and first responder Chaplaincy.  He has also achieved his CAC credential through Manna University, where he serves as an adjunct professor for the CAC program.

Brian serves as the Treasurer & CFO for the IFOC. His focus is on good stewardship and fiscal management of the I.F.O.C. and also on building successful high-performing teams. Along with his wife Jeannie, Brian assists the operational division of I.F.O.C. by mentoring and training IFOC’s leaders in the servant leadership model. Brian was the founding Corps Commander of the Heart of Texas Chaplain Corps in Central Texas, and he is the Team Coordinator for the I.F.O.C. CISM Team.

Brian has a heart for first responders and teaches them how to process the situations they come across in their daily work using the CISM model and through Chaplaincy.
