This course will help equip students to function as Chaplains in public and private schools (K-12th grade). The class combines training, equipping, and first-hand information from Chaplains who are already functioning as Chaplains in schools. If you are interested in working or volunteering in your public school system, this training course is for you!
Course modules include:
- Informational webinar regarding recent state laws about school chaplaincy
- How to be a School Chaplain
- How to have difficult conversations in School Chaplaincy
- Interviews with School Chaplains
- Child development considerations
- Continuing education recommendations
You can access this course for three weeks after the purchase date. This course awards 6 CEUs.

This course is open to anyone interested in School Chaplaincy (I.F.O.C. Chaplains and others). It alone does not qualify one to apply for licensing as an I.F.O.C. Chaplain (the I.F.O.C. Chaplain Training Course is the prerequsite to apply for a Chaplain license).
This training is licensed to the individual purchasing the course, who will receive a certificate after the training is completed. The video is not licensed to be shared with others or to play in a group setting.
