I.F.O.C. Conference Special Update

Many Chaplains have asked about the status of the 2021 I.F.O.C. Conference. Are we able to gather this year?

We know how much the I.F.O.C. Conference means to our Chaplains across the U.S. and the world. And we know how special it will be when we’re all together again learning, fellowshipping, and worshipping.

If we hold the conference this year, many will not be able to make it because of travel and safety restrictions.

So our leadership team decided to move the I.F.O.C. Conference to September 19-21, 2022. It will take place in Texas as initially planned.

What now?

  1. If you registered and paid for the 2021 conference, you may request a refund or apply it to the 2022 conference.
  2. On September 20th, 2021, when the original conference was scheduled, we will be hosting a free Crisis Care in Cultural Diversity class for our Chaplains. This training is one of the requirements for the Community Chaplain specialty in the Advanced Chaplain program. Dr. Naomi Paget will teach the virtual class. She was slated to be our keynote at the conference. This will be a special event for us–don’t miss it! Register here.
  3. Finally, mark your calendars for September 19-20, 2022. One way or another, we’ll be together!

What a glorious time it will be when we’re all gathered together in one room (in person) praising God for his faithfulness as he allows us to be a light for our community and the world.

So, register for the virtual training this year, and let’s pack the screen with as many Chaplains as we can!
