4-28 COVID-19
This morning, Americans are waking up to some of the states beginning to contemplate reopening for business. Most of the states that have released plans to reopen are planning to do so in phases with reduced occupancy requirements for buildings and business activities. In order to give enough time for states to implement their plans, and evaluate the results on COVID-19 infections, the International Fellowship of Chaplains will continue to reschedule the in-person Chaplaincy classes through June, 2020. Our desire is to ensure the safety of both our students and our staff until governmental officials can evaluate the effectiveness of their plans. Our class hosts are working with the venues to identify new dates for the in-person classes that have been affected. Those will appear on our website as they are rescheduled. All students who are affected will be kept up to date with phone calls and emails. All students currently enrolled in June classes will be receiving a phone call about options to transfer to new dates when they are available, or to take the course online.
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this quickly changing time and do our part to promote health and safety.
